Merry Christmas

When you buy Christmas presents this year, remember that it is not the price of a gift but the kindness and love behind the gift.  Just as Jesus was given to us, a gift from Father God, to show us the road unto salvation.  We celebrate Christmas by giving gifts to those we love.  Keep in mind, that you do not have to break the bank to show your love.  A low-cost gift with meaning shows more love and consideration then a negative bank account or a maxed out credit card.

Happy Birthday Jesus!  My present to You this season is to wisely use the money and stewardship you have entrusted to me.  You can do this also.  Set a budget before you begin shopping, then stick to it. Whether it is to set an amount per person or a total amount to spend…aka $10/person or $100 total. You can also trade names so you are buying fewer gifts, or maybe you can choose to personally create your gifts.  Either way you choose to celebrate, you and your family do not have to go into debt.
